1) Please tell something about your organization, key achievements & benefits you provide to NRIs.
WelcomHeritage is a joint venture between ITC Ltd and His Highness - The Maharaja of Jodhpur. The three times winner of Galileo Express Award, it was created essentially to help owners conserve their heritage properties and make them commercially viable. WelcomHeritage was launched more than a decade ago and has over the years assisted owners in making their properties suitable for the stay of international travellers.

The help includes advice in making their old properties structurally safe, hygienic and secure. Advice if sought, is also imparted on decor and cuisine. Thereafter, we assist them in marketing through our network as well as promoting their properties at international trade fairs.
Since the NRIs comes home to experience the heritage of our country, so these heritage hotels gives them the comforts and awarness of the Indian culture.

2) What can the NRIs expect from you when they approach you. What are your promises to them?
Our promise to them is to provide safety,security and a comfortable holiday with all necessary amenities.

3) How has economy downturn affected your business? What steps you are doing to attract NRIs?
Any special deal, discount, offer.

The economic downturn has certainly affected business from abroad. Most of the organisations are cancelling due to cost cutting in their travelling. But since we are not totally dependent on international traffic, we are managing strongly with our domestic tourists. Our Holiday Packages are doing well and we hope to close the year on a fairly good note. We are also in the process of making attractive packages for the foreigners and the NRIs as well.

4) Do you have any online section specifically for NRIs? Can NRI post their complaints and grievences?
Our Website is open to all and we will certainly ensure that there are no complaints. Still if there are any complaints, we have got a special feedback column in the website where all the comments can be send which are reverted by us.
