The American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) has recently announced a rebranding of its regional events series, renaming it "The Hospitality Show." This initiative aims to offer networking opportunities and industry updates to professionals working in the hospitality sector across various cities in the United States.
The Hospitality Show events are open and free for anyone employed in the hospitality industry, providing an avenue for hoteliers, suppliers, and service providers from different segments of the industry to connect with peers. Attendees will also have the opportunity to stay informed about the latest market trends and regulatory developments at federal, state, and local levels impacting the hospitality sector.
This decision follows the success of AHLA's flagship industry event, also named The Hospitality Show, which debuted the previous year in partnership with Questex. Scheduled for October 28-30 in San Antonio, the upcoming iteration of The Hospitality Show is expected to continue providing valuable networking and learning opportunities.
Kevin Carey, AHLA's Interim President and CEO, expressed enthusiasm about expanding The Hospitality Show brand to reach professionals nationwide. He emphasized the importance of fostering connections and knowledge sharing among stakeholders in the hospitality industry, highlighting the upcoming events as an opportunity to do so from Boston to California and beyond.
