2) How has the economy downturn affected your business? What steps have you taken help hoteliers in this economy? Any special deal,discount, or offer?

Due to the sluggish economy we saw a slight decrease in sales in the 4th quarter of 2008. We have not been as dramatically affected as some of our larger competitors. We contribute this to keeping our business as lean as we can so that we can offer the best prices to our clients. Since the 1st. Quarter of 2009 our sales have been steady and continue to increase. We understand the unique challenges that the hotel owners are facing due to the economy and we have tried to accommodate our customers to help in any way that we can because we realize it takes a loyal partnership and their success to make our business a success.we deliver all the product that we can to try to reduce shipping charges to the client, we will beat any competitors pricing, also we offer an additional discount to all invoices paid in full in ten days.

3) What do you see the future of the hotel industry? What major trends will impact hotel business in the coming 20 years?

Obviously, the recession is changing the travel business. A wealth of information available now enables the hotel industry to examine consumer behavior more closely. Providing insights that can lead to future opportunities to maximize revenue (a situation that companies desperately need right now.) I think over the next 20 years we will have to do more than just talk about going green with companies dedicated to eliminating waste it will only make since to eliminate the waste in all aspects of our daily lives.
