PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE TO DATE

February 1998 - to date: GOLDEN DELICIOUS GROUP MILE - Development of Enterprise Group GOLDEN DELICIOUS MILE, with activities in the Real estate sector (Buy-Sale-Rent) of properties, with activity in the emergent Marbella and Costa del Sol, Spain and world-wide markets. Development of several vestibules of Internet related to the rent of Properties of luxury in but of 30 countries (www.goldenmile.es) and development of vestibule of reserves of apartments and suites with hotel service in but of 45 countries (www.executiverental.com). Development of network of collaborating agencies for reserves in these two vestibules with (www.bookitat.com) and later development of Reserves for all the golf courses in the Costa del Sol. Creation of alliances with more than 400 real estate agencies in all Europe. I specialize in Compra Sale of Hotels, Development of Partial Plans, Ground Re-qualification, Purchase Land Sale, Negotiation with City councils and other Authorities. Advising in the Real estate (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hotel and Geriatrical) product development and negotiation of operations of Leaves & Lease Back with majors Real estate bottoms (DIFA, DEPFA, CGI, RODAMCO, etc.). Development and Planning of Commercial Centers and Leisure and the creation of Logistic and Industrial Parks. In summary, I consider that I have known and been actively I have involved in almost all the slopes of the Real estate sector, excluding the Multi Property.

January 1997 - November 1997: HOTELS MARBELLA CLUB - ROMAN BRIDGE and TORREQUEBRADA HOTEL & CASINO - Through International Tourism Management, a Consultant specialized in Marketing & Sales for the Tourist Industry, to the 100% of my property, I assumed the Corporative Direction in the Central offices of the Marbella Club, for the Hotels pertaining to the same group (Roman Bridge, Marbella Club and Hotel & Torrequebrada casino). The assignment of my work consisted of helping them to replace the Hotels; to structure the Departments of Marketing & Sales in each Hotel and the development of a Plan of shock that helped to surpass a serious declivity in the business of these. The assignment was fulfilled successfully, securing to a dramatic increase in the occupation and the tariff average, after two months of work. Also the responsibility corresponded to try to obtain more visitors for the clients of the Torrequebrada Casino, reason why it studies in operative detail the Commercial one of Casinos in Vegas and Atlantic City, soon to apply in his possibilities the operative one here. Direct person in charge of the hiring of the launching of new series 3 of BMW during Winter 97/98, commercial operation that I mean an historical record of Income for the Hotels of the Group.

August 1996 - December 1996: PGA OF EUROPE - My contacts at but the high level of the PGA of Europe (Association of Professionals of Golf of Europe) wanted that the flow of tourism of Golf through an Operating Tur consolidated. January 1992 - August 1996: WATCHTOWER PARK GOLF HOTEL & RESORT - WATCHTOWER GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB - Attached Director - Director Marketing & Sales - Advice Administration Watchtower Golf - Responsible for to have secured an increase of the 163% in the sales of this Hotel and Tourist complex with but of 1,000 beds - two Golf courses and their return to the yield. I attended the Property in the search of new Hotels to add to the Group, incorporating two new Hotels in a management agreement and negotiating the purchase of a quarter resort. Person in charge of the construction and crisis management in the last drought and the development of the second Golf course in Watchtower (Rosner - New Watchtower - 18 holes Championship). Part of the management equipment that was implied in the reconstruction of the Hotel, carried out and eliminating liabilities of several thousands of pesetas.

September 1990 - December 1991: THE SLEEVE CLUB GOLF HOTEL & RESORT - Person in charge of the opening of the offices of Marketing & Sales in Madrid, Paris, Milan, Frankfurt and London, like the offices located directly in the Complex. The objective era to diversify the markets and to secure to an opening and major flow of visitors. It was decided at Corporative level (P& Or - BOVIS) that the budget of Marketing & Sales of the Complex as the one of Real estate developments would be amalgamated, with the aim of going to by ample objectives but. The introduction with the regional Government of Murcia is altogether able to introduce to ALIVE AIR in a project of flights subsidized, guaranteed a the aerial operator its 100% of payload, and securing the opening of essential routes for the development of flow from Germany, Italy, England, Switzerland and Scandinavia with but of 50 weekly flights, from these emitting countries. Involved in the Executive Committee responsible in the decision making that took to the construction of 3er. December 1987 - September 1990: GROUP CRYNS - CUMESA (Construcciones y Urbanizaciones Mediterráneas SA) - HOTELS BONANZA BEACH & BONANZA PARK (Palma de Mallorca) - Construction and opening of the HOTEL BEACH SEA BREAM (Yaiza - Lanzarote) - Resident Director and Commercial Director of the Hotel and Real estate Group. Involved directly in the management of the Hotels and a later stage moving to me to live in Lanzarote to directly take the management of the Real estate activities of the Group in the Canary Islands (Fuerteventura - Apartments Corralejo I and II), Urbanization Coast of Médano SA (South Tenerife), Apartments Playa del Carmen I, II and III in Lanzarote. Negotiation with City councils, Constructor, development of the second semi-private beach project of Spain with the construction of an artificial bay and 400 meters of White Beach beach, like Urban infrastructure with the development of a Marine Stroll, etc. Responsible for the search of new parcels and management of Partial Plans.

June 1981 - December 1987: TRUSTHOUSE FORTE HOTELS - Divisions Exclusive and the International - developed to several executive functions during the stage of University studies of Direction of Hotels and when finishing the Race, emphasizing: Attached director of the Hotel Shelbourne de Dublin and Corporative Director of Marketing & Sales (responsible for the management of the 7 hotels that THF tapeworm in Ireland) celebrate from it Corporative in the Hotel Shelbourne de Dublin. During my University stage it develops like part of the academic Curriculum the following functions: Manager of Relations You publish and Promotions - Hotel Forte Cala Vines, Majorca; Assistant of Management in the Hotels Polygon de Southampton and the Hotel Wessex de Winchester.
